Founder and CEO: Dr. Rochelle Haynes
Rochelle is a recognised and successful people management expert, futurist, consultant and speaker.
She founded CP because she is passionate about making leadership and people management strategies suitable for all types of business and workers, no matter where or how they work.
Born and bred in Barbados, Rochelle has worked both in the Caribbean and the UK with local and international firms across different sectors.
As a consultant, she has delivered specialist online and offline interactive workshops across different regions including Europe, Latin America and Asia, on topics including career enhancement, performance management, digital transformation, leadership development, and changing work practices. She also lectures at a UK university, and works with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) as an employability mentor, a role for which she was publicly commended.
Rochelle has published work on managing the blended workforce and performance management in the gig economy. Her research has been recognised by CIPD and the Haymarket Media Group, who recently invited her to speak at the annual CIPD Festival of Work conference and exhibition in London.
Rochelle specializes in the emerging field of ‘Gig HR’, a term she coined to describe using HRM to help companies enhance their working relationships with contract or ‘gig workers’, ‘digital nomads’ and other offsite stakeholders, whose physical contact with organisations is limited or non-existent.
Mentor and Expert Partner: Ruchi Aggarwal
Ruchi is a successful marketing and strategy professional with over two decades of multi-industry and cross-cultural experience, who has been based both in India and the UK.
She has worked with interesting and diverse industry sectors, including the Scottish Rugby team, Vodafone, India, Bausch Healthcare and Microsoft in India.
She is currently the director of business development for the Lincoln International Business School, overseeing the generation of external income for the school.
Ruchi is also a successful international industry speaker, who has spoken on topics including strategy and business, marketing, diversity and inclusion, and personal branding. Her special interest is in the development of talent in women and she has been invited across the world to speak on how women can break through and succeed against the odds.
Ruchi was a key member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Microsoft and was Microsoft India’s representative to the Anita Borg Institute, which hosts the renowned Grace Hopper event for Women in IT.

Consultant and Expert Partner: Jeremy Blain
Jeremy is a commercially minded, award-winning learning and development entrepreneur with over 20 years’ director, coaching and training experience in the industry
He is the founder of Performance Works International (PWI), a new era learning services company specialised in helping organisations, leaders and managers be fit and ready for the future; now.
Jeremy has a wealth of international experience having worked in most major and developing markets in the world to develop business, set up new operations, and develop channel and distribution alliances at Cegos Group and PWI.
Jeremy has been a 10-year Partner at Cegos Group, one of the world’s leading professional skills training organisations, with his previous role being Regional Managing Director for Cegos Asia Pacific, spanning India to the Pacific.
Jeremy is a frequent international conference speaker and media commentator on topics related to the global learning and development market, on topics including future global leadership and management challenges, the integration of emerging informal learning technologies; strategic implementation and ROI, and developing ‘core’ commercial skills to achieve competitive business advantage,organisational culture and generational shifts.
Consultant and Expert Partner: Julie Turney
Julie is the known Disruptor, Speaker, and Agile HR practitioner within the Caribbean.
Julie has more than fifteen years of experience and expertise within the people management field, having worked as an HR Manager at Hyuna International Ltd, a global e-commerce firm based in Barbados. Her relationship with HR began 15 years ago through the encouragement of a mentor.
Through her experience, Julie has adopted a people-focused approach to how she practices HR. As a certified Agile HR professional, she internalises the people over process mantra in everything she does. Julie believes that all practitioners must create a synergy between HR information systems while humanising the process of taking care of employees in the workplace. As the founder of Disrupt HR Caribbean and through her Podcast HR Sound Off as well as public speaking engagements, Julie is on a mission to equip the HR community with the knowledge and best practices to create better practitioners and professionals in the workplace.
Consultant and Expert Partner: Ron Johnson
Ron is a 'Bhranding' Thought Leader and practitioner, Speaker, Writer, and Entrepreneurial Guru
Ron is a branding expert and practitioner, and also an well established and award-winning 'good employer' in the Caribbean. In 2008, Ron co-founded Blueprint Creative, one of the Caribbean’s leading branding agencies which specializes in brand strategy, employee brand engagement, communications, design and customer experience. Blueprint Creative has won several ADDY awards for its design work and three Barbados’ Best Employers Awards for its highly engaged company culture and HR practices.
Ron has advised clients in several industries (e.g. energy, banking, insurance, and retailing) and has worked on a range of brand related projects, including: employer branding projects, regional advertising campaigns as well as the conceptualization and implementation of communications strategies.
Ron is also a thought leader in the emerging field of ‘bhranding’ – a term he coined to describe the growing trend of companies tearing down the silos between their branding and HR teams and having these two groups of professionals work hand-in-hand to achieve their companies’ branding and business goals. He has over 50 articles on the topic of branding, including Why HR Professionals are ‘Branding Superheroes’ in Disguise, The remarkable rise of the ‘bhranding’ professional, Five reasons why your HR department and your branding agency should work closely together and Why you should encourage ‘The F-word’ (Fun) in the workplace.
