Meet The Team

Rochelle is a qualified and published HR professional, consultant and speaker. Originally from Barbados, she has a demonstrated history of working with public and private sector organisations, both locally and internationally, in the fields of Accounting, HRM and International Business, and holds a PhD in International Human Resource Management.

Through her PhD, Rochelle has worked with multinational companies from several countries, including the UK, the US, Germany, Spain, France, Japan, Denmark, and India, and has written on the strategic functions of expatriate managers in these global enterprises. In addition to independent consulting, she is a senior lecturer in HRM at the University of the West of England. She also works with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) as an employability mentor across the UK, a role for which she was nationally commended.

Rochelle delivers specialist workshops and interactive sessions across different regions including Europe, Latin America and Asia on various topics including career enhancement, performance management, the digital economy, leadership development, expatriate management, and changing business models. Recently, she was invited to speak in Indonesia on managing performance in the gig economy, as a part of her on-going research project which has been funded by top-ranking financial institution, Santander.


When she isn't working, you can find Rochelle in the gym, a swimming pool, on a tennis court, cycling through the English countryside, or trying her hand at some new DIY project!

Rochelle Haynes


Ruchi is a Marketing and Strategy professional with over 2 decades of multi-industry, cross cultural experience. She has been based both in India and the UK, and has had a track record of success and innovation.


She has worked with interesting and diverse industry sectors – Sports@Scottish Rugby, Edinburgh; Telecom Services@Vodafone, India; Healthcare@Bausch and until recently, IT@Microsoft, in India. She is currently the Director of Business Development for the Lincoln International Business School, overseeing the generation of external income for the school.

There’s more to her! Ruchi is a successful Industry speaker – both internationally and in India. She speaks on a wide range of topics – Strategy and Business, Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding. Her special interest is in the development of talent in Women and she has been invited across the world to speak on how women can break through and succeed. Ruchi was a key member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Microsoft and was Microsoft India’s representative to the Anita Borg Institute that hosts the renowned Grace Hopper event for Women in IT.

Ruchi Aggarwal


Anass is a qualified and experienced researcher, trainer and consultant. His range of dynamic experiences and skills coupled with his out-going, encouraging personality makes him a pleasure to work with.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and being of dual heritage (German and Moroccan), he developed passions for information technology, problem-solving, project management, and cross-cultural engagement. Through his travels and years of experience with the German military, he enhanced these technical and managerial skills and his knowledge of how they could be applied across different situations. While in the military, he undertook several roles, including fleet manager, IT specialist, radio and communications operator and, wait for it…paratrooper! He also currently speaks four languages, German, English, French and Arabic.

While consulting and gaining his Masters in International Business in the UK, he became interested in remote-working and performance management. On several trips to Bali, Indonesia, he got the opportunity to interact extensively with digital nomads. His curiosity and expertise in this area led to a research partnership and another trip to Indonesia, where this time he co-delivered guest lectures on performance management in the gig economy.

Having conducted interviews across different regions with digital nomads, other contingent workers, and HR managers in large global firms, Anass possesses unique insight into the performance and relationship expectations of contingent workers and firms who hire them. As a consultant, his goal is to provide clients with bespoke people management solutions that enhance working relationships and outcomes between organisations and their offsite workforce.

Anass Hajbane


Jeremy is a commercially minded, award-winning L&D entrepreneur. Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in the industry as an executive board member, managing director, partner, trainer, coach, author and program creator.

Jeremy has a wealth of International experience having worked in most major and developing markets in world to develop business, set up new operations (Cegos Group and PWI) and develop channel / distribution alliances (Cegos Group and PWI). He is the founder of PerformanceWorks International (PWI), a new era learning services company specialised in helping organisations, leaders and managers be fit and ready for the future; now. Jeremy has been a 10-year Partner at Cegos Group, one of the world’s leading professional skills training organisations, with his previous role being Regional Managing Director for Cegos Asia Pacific, spanning India to the Pacific.

Jeremy is a frequent international conference speaker and media commentator on topics related to the global L&D market. Themes include: the leadership and management challenges for global organisations as they head to the next workplace shift in the 2020s, the integration of emerging and informal learning technologies; the importance of strategy implementation and proving ROI; developing ‘core’ commercial skills to achieve competitive business advantage; Organisational Culture being at the heart of the next workplace shift; and more.
